You can request support.  

To collect data to submit to VMware support, choose "Collect Support Data" from the Help menu.

You can also run the "vm-support" script in the Workstation folder directly.

解决方法

去 .. \ Virtual Machines \ OS X 10.10 \ OS X 10.10.vmx

用 Notepad++ 打开档案, 然后确保有以下2项设置,
没有就加, 但不能重复

smc.present = "TRUE"
smc.version = 0
